Anyways my Graphic card is ATI Radeon HD 5450 series 2GB any help/answer is really appreciated.
Is the graphic card done and crashed and it won't work or.. ? and what shall I do?
I need your help as soon as possible.

First of all, I suggest you to check if your fans are spinning. If they are, that's a good sign.

Disconnect your power and wait 30 seconds before continuing..

Other than that, you need to carefully try to unscrew the screw on the back on the pc, and take the graphics card carefully out. Disconnect the power connector(s) and cables if any.

After that, blow some dust from your PCI slot. Thats where the graphics card is mounted to the motherboard. Just blow it, don't get any water or spit in it, or on the motherboard.

Blow the graphics card too, and then put it back inside. Make sure the power connectors (if any) are plugged firmly inside the ports, and that the graphics card is mounted properly. You should hear a click from the motherboard when it's inside.

Turn the PC on, and see if you can notice any change.

And as Dreamm says below, try safe mode and uninstall any driver related to it. Then plug in and see if windows re-installs those correctly

1. try to go to safemode and remove and reinstall gpu drivers
2. try malwarebytes.com program for malwares
3. try to use "windows update" if there are new updates
4. if these wont work format :P
5. if all these will not work, maybe new gpu need

also what is your windows version?
there is a useful tool (i found that by jay) security.symantec.com try and that if you want
the name is Norton Power Eraser.

I already tried that thing, and I tried to clean the whole pc inside but all of the graphic card ports aren't working so the Graphic card is crashed itself.
Now I installed my Intel Graphic driver and the games are working pretty well and I'll be going to buy a new graphic card when I get some info related to my mother-board too.
Thanks alot for your quick help which is really appreciated :)

I wish you good luck - sad to hear it was the GPU itself, that sucks.. :/
